It's a minimum 12-month program that requires consistent effort and implementation.We expect you to commit around 2-4 hours per week to working on your business.
Everyone in your business can benefit. Dean doesn't just coach the owner/primary adviser - he works with all your team members. Some sessions are specifically designed for the business owners to tackle strategic decisions, while others are for all advisers and support staff for skill development. We match the right coaching to the right people at the right time. Think of it as full-team support, not just boss-level advice.
All group coaching sessions are recorded with a detailed summary, so you can catch up on your own time. We recommend blocking these sessions in your calendar as non-negotiable, but when something urgent comes up, the recordings ensure you never miss the insights or action items.
Let's be straight - this isn't a magic pill or overnight fix. The businesses that see the best results are the ones that actually do the work. If you put in the reps and stay the course, positive changes become almost inevitable.
Most coaches provide suggestions and theories, then leave you to implement them alone. We roll up our sleeves and do the work alongside you. We've built the businesses, made the mistakes, and created the systems so you don't have to learn the hard way.
